When onboarded into the Portal, only Software Secured can assign Org Admins. Once the Org Admin is assigned, they will receive access to the Portal to begin assigning Project Admins and Project Members.
Adding Users:
Navigate to the top right corner of Portal and under the menu select "Settings".

Once in "Settings", navigate to the bottom of the page to find the "Team" table.
To add a new user, click the "Add User" button. The window will allow you to choose the role and projects for the new user. The Portal also allows you to customize each Role type and add/remove permissions as required.
Roles and Permissions
When adding new users to the Portal, you must select the roles and permissions for each new user. This is to ensure the safety and access of sensitive information.
Org Admin: an Org Admin has all the privileges across all projects. There can be multiple Org Admins. To add more Org Admins, please contact [email protected].
Project Admin: onlyan Org Admin can add Project Admins. A Project Admin has all the privileges for a single project. They don't have access to other projects within the organization unless they have been made a Project Admin.
Member: Org Admins and Project Admins can add members. Members have access only to the projects that they have been added to.
