ποΈPentest Scheduling
Viewing pentest schedules and booking a retest in Portal.
Penetration testing dates are planned and agreed on by you and the Software Secured Operations team. We usually recommend at least 1 week (ideally 2 weeks) between the SOW signature and the start of the pentest to ensure your team has enough time to prepare.
Knowing when your upcoming penetration test is scheduled can help your team plan in advance to set up your environment, configure your application or system controls, and block time to view and manage vulnerabilities from the report.
If your pentest is scheduled more than 2 weeks in advance, you will receive email reminders about your upcoming test, beginning 2 weeks before the pentest start date. This is a required email notification.
The date listed in the Portal is for when your pentest starts. The end date (time of the pentest) varies for each client and project, depending on the complexity of the application and the scope of the pentest.
To view the dates assigned to your latest and next penetration test(s):
Go to "Overview".
In the Project Details card, your Next Test date and Last Test date are displayed.
View the "Last Test" column in "My Projects" to see when your latest pentest was conducted.
View the "Next Test" column in "My Projects" to see when your next pentest is occurring.

To reschedule your next penetration test(s):
If you need to reschedule your test, please let the Pentest Director know as soon as possible and no later than 2 weeks before the scheduled start date. Requests after this time will have limited flexibility and additional rescheduling fees may apply.
You will receive multiple project reminder emails before your next penetration test. If you receive project notifications via Slack, you may also reschedule your pentest through the link provided.
